This is my ballet notebook where I keep my summer holidays stretching timetable. I write down all the days I have done my stretches. I only started it recently but I have been doing my stretches before I started it. I also write down notes from ballet teachers and things that I need to improve on. Another thing I do is write down what I can think of when I’m dancing (Franklin method). I am also very annoyed because my theraband snapped into three pieces!!😂😂
The thing in the left top corner is my Franklin ball! Definitely very helpful!
